You can take card payments through Stripe and collect Direct Debit through GoCardless — both connected to your own accounts, so payments land directly with you. You can also record manual bank transfers.
Because you connect your own Stripe and GoCardless accounts, you stay in full control of your money and your fees. More options are planned over time.

If you host it yourself, you are in full control of where your data lives. If we host it, we look after the server, backups and updates, so there is nothing for you to install or maintain.
It is in daily use by real businesses, and it is still actively developed, with improvements released regularly.
If we host or support your system, we apply updates for you. Anything still in development is labelled as such, and we will tell you when we talk rather than let you find out later.
It is built for UK businesses, including UK VAT, pounds sterling and HMRC mileage rates.

Yes. Hosting and support are billed monthly with no minimum term. Just give us 30 days' notice.
If we host your system and you decide to move, we will help you export everything or move it to your own server. There is no exit fee, and the software stays free to use either way.
No. The software is free and there is nothing to sign up to. If you take hosting or support from MWN Digital, it is billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Setup, data migration and customisation are one-off pieces of work, quoted and agreed before we start.
You can use SimpliSuite entirely on your own. If you want help, MWN Digital offers email and phone support from the UK team that builds SimpliSuite, so you are talking to people who know the system inside out.
Support can cover using the system, changing your templates, updates and anything that stops working. We agree what is included, and what it costs, before you start. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
If you host SimpliSuite yourself, uptime is down to your own server.
If we host it for you, it is actively monitored and we are alerted if it goes down. We do not publish a contractual uptime figure — if uptime matters for your business, raise it when we talk and we will agree something in writing.
Not unless you want to. If you are hosting it yourself, we will get you the software and point you in the right direction.
If you would rather not, we can install and configure it, brand your quotes, invoices and contracts, connect your payment accounts, move your existing clients and records across, and train your team. That is all quoted up front.
If you have support from us, we aim to reply within one working day, and usually a lot sooner. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
If something is stopping you invoicing or getting paid, say so and it goes to the front of the queue.
